Travelled with my family members, spent 1 night here and had a comfortable stay. The staff were very welcoming from arrival to departure. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Palmerston Place bus stop. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The check in was easy, the staff was nice. The rooms were both fantastic, fabulous, complete with a hairdryer as well as bedside table. The hotel had marvellous and brilliant location so close to Peasholm park, beach and shops and the open air theatre. Ate at Rustom Restaurant, it's not too far away from the venue.

Everything is fairly clean and exceptional. The rooms are wonderful and beautiful and include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is kind. Magnificent location just off the open air theatre, seafront and beach and center, it's central. You can relax at Brewers Fayre, located nearby. Can just recommend this hotel, nothing too much trouble - we felt very special.
